On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, the President signed into law:

S. 1134, the “St. Croix River Crossing Project Authorization Act,” which authorizes the St. Croix River Crossing Project with the inclusion of mitigation measures as enforceable conditions of the project; and

S. 1710, which designates the United States courthouse located in Anchorage, Alaska, as the James M. Fitzgerald United States Courthouse.
