On Friday, May 20, 2016, the President signed into law:

H.R. 4238, which modernizes terms in specified statutes related to minorities;

H.R. 4336, which provides for the burial in Arlington National Cemetery of the cremated remains of Women Airforce Service Pilots and other active duty designees;

H.R. 4923, the “American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2016,” which establishes a process for the submission and consideration of petitions for temporary duty suspensions and reductions;

H.R. 4957, which designates the Federal building located at 99 New York Avenue, N.E., in the District of Columbia as the Ariel Rios Federal Building;

S. 1492, which requires the General Services Administration, on behalf of the Archivist of the United States, to convey certain Federal property located in Alaska to the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska;

S. 1523, which reauthorizes the National Estuary Program through FY 2021; and

S. 2143, which provides permanent authority for the Starr Camargo Bridge Company and its successors and assigns to maintain and operate a toll bridge across the Rio Grande that connects the United States and Mexico.
